Our competitive fee structures are simple and transparent. We offer two ways of working with clients: Container (a hybrid model combining elements of retainer and contingency) and Contingency. Both structures include a detailed 90-calendar-day guarantee, as outlined in our terms of business.
Container
20% of the base salary for positions below $129,999.
25% of the base salary for positions above $130,000.
A non-refundable deposit of 33.33% of the anticipated fee is due upon engagement, with the remaining balance payable upon a signed offer and agreed start date.
Contingency
25% of the offered base salary for positions above $85,000.
20% of the offered base salary for positions below $84,999.
This fee is payable upon a signed offer and agreed start date.
