By submitting your personal information, you are granting Temple Selection permission to use it for executive search, recruitment, and selection purposes.

Evaluating all information about you to determine your suitability for potential positions

We will not disclose your personal information to any present or future client without speaking to you first and receiving your verbal consent.

To best serve you and our clients, we require certain information about you. Some of this information will be provided by you, while other information will come from external sources. The information we require includes:
Your contact information (including any and all past and present aliases, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses. And any updates)
Your resume (and any updates)
Contact details for your references (name, business name, business address, business telephone number, your relationship with them, and their position with the business)
A description of the types of positions that interest you
In some cases, we may also ask you to provide additional information, such as:
· Education and qualifications records
· Reference letters
· Results of specialized testing or professional designation testing
· Notes taken during your interview with us will also be included in your file.
We may collect, use, and disclose the following information from sources other than yourself, either directly or using external service providers:
· Verification of education and professional qualifications
· Verification of employment history
· Criminal and credit record checks, if required by the position
· Information obtained through reference and background checks
We will only collect, use, or disclose this information if we believe it is reasonable to do so.
Temple Selection has procedures in place to address and respond to any inquiries or complaints regarding the handling of personal information. The person or persons responsible for compliance with this privacy policy may seek external advice before responding to individual complaints. Temple Selection will investigate all complaints and take appropriate measures, including amending policies and procedures if necessary.
